How ITIL’s Guiding Principles and PRINCE2 Principles Reinforce Each Other
I have recently published an article on the PeopleCert community looking at the relationship between ITIL’s guiding principles and the PRINCE2 principles.
Rather than treating them as competing frameworks, the article explores how they reinforce each other in day to day delivery. ITIL provides the anchor around value, outcomes and sustainability. PRINCE2 provides structure, governance and clear decision points for change.
